Yes. We work with vetted Glatt Kosher caterers and can also provide Kosher‑style and traditional menus from our in‑house chef. Every dietary preference is handled in our planning conversation — never an afterthought.

Most families book 12–18 months in advance to lock in their preferred Saturday. We do hold space for shorter‑notice celebrations — especially for Sunday and Friday events — and we'll always be honest about availability when you tour.

Cocktail hour, plated or station‑style dinner, dessert, open bar (adult), unlimited soda for kids, dedicated event manager, full Sim Alley access, dance floor and DJ space, custom lighting, and complete setup/breakdown. Everything else — DJ, photographer, florals, and entertainment add‑ons — we'll connect you with our preferred vendor list.

Yes. Mitzvah packages include exclusive access to Sim Alley during your event window, plus the ability to run custom tournaments — private suites included. Your guests are the only ones playing.

Our minimums vary by space and date. The Executive Suite hosts intimate events of 10+; the Bentley is built for 50+; Breitling Hall starts at 100. We're happy to walk through pricing on a tour.
